Spring2 Development
Abstract
Spring 2 has been released in October. It contains a wealth of new features that can all be of great benefit to any application development project. In this university session we will explore some of the Spring 2 features that significantly help speeding up development and we will also touch on some best practices that should help you use Spring even better.
We will look at how to put scripting languages to use to implement functionality and the new scoping features that simplify scoping of beans to for example the lifetime of a user session. We will also look at how to use the Java5 support Spring offers to simplify you configuration.
This will be a code-intensive session with lots of hands-on examples and plenty of room for questions.
