Bio

Johan Lybaert is program manager at Ardatis. He has a track record of more than 25 years of the world of ICT. Johan's focus is the successful delivery of large projects. Applying the most appropriate development methodology in a pragmatic way is one of his key success factors.

Today Johan is in charge of a large J2EE development project called ?Ventouris?. A group of more than 60 developers is actually realising a unique, major application to be used by more then 400 concurrent users through an ASP-service (application service provider). Today, five teams are simultaneously working according to the Scrum and eXtreme programming practices.
