I am having trouble booking the Docklands.
When you surf to NH Docklands Antwerp, there is ORACLE problem on their site.

Also the Calton Hotel, or the hotel astoria, does not seem to send back confirmation. I tried making a reservation there twice, so far no reply. Any other recommended hotels around 90-120 EU per night ?

Well, if you are lucky, some folks from Oracle also try to book there

I still have not heard from the NH Docklands Antwerp or Carlton Hotel.
So I set a deadline for 12:00 GMT for Thursday 3rd November 2005,
if I dont hear from them then I organise my own hotel.

Most of these hotels now seem to be booked.
Campanille, Ibis, Express Holiday Inn and Docklands al indicate full on internet searches.

I am concerned about the location of the Novotel - there are few buses that way, so how will we get in and out to Metropolis?

Stephen, based on the number of JavaPolians staying in each hotel we'll arrange a shuttle service. We'll communicate this next week on the wiki!

Maybe some JavaPolians could also car-pool. Should we setup a wiki page where JavaPolians can trade free car seats ?

Novotel refused to offer me the discount price when I called them. They said I should book online. But I don't see any special link, or details of a promotional code? Or should we just book the room and sort out the rate when we get there? Thanks for the help.
