Abstract 'Architectural Challenges in the Design of an Application Server'

Presented by Scott Ferguson, the writer of the open source application server Resin,
this seminar presents the design, the architecture and the making of Resin.

Scott gives a detailed insight on how architectural patterns were used to translate
the latest J2EE specifications into a design for flexibility and performance, including
inversion of control, the Hessian web services binary RPC protocol, caching and clustering.
