ABIS Training & Consulting was founded in 1984 in Belgium. The main office of ABIS is situated in Leuven. Since 1989 ABIS has also been active in the Netherlands with a separate subsidiary in Woerden (near Utrecht). In 1997 ABIS started up in Luxemburg. Occasionally ABIS provides services in other countries inside Europe, in the Middle East and the Far East.
ABIS Training & Consulting provides high-level technological ICT services for large and medium size enterprises. The activities are based on specialized ICT knowledge, which is offered as training and consulting. ABIS's know-how is based on the combination of these two activities. ABIS training is built around 3 themes: OS/390 and z/OS Host Based Technology, Database Consolidation, and Reuse & Integration.
The particular approach at ABIS can best be described as 'no nonsense' approach. ABIS always concentrates on what is essential. We leave out superfluous features that might negatively influence the quality or value of our service. In each project a long-time relationship with the customer is the main objective. The customer is a partner of ABIS. We are continually looking for solutions that are optimal for both the client and ABIS. This means that the customer can always expect an honest answer from ABIS.
