Mr Poelmans started career as R&D manager in the banking sector. At Unisys he built up the "UNIX Skill Center Belgium". As IT manager at Brussels Airport he was responsible for redesigning and implementing all IT-systems related to the new Airport Terminal opened in 1994. His IT-department became the independent IT company swITch in 1996, where he is director, COO. Jos Poelmans is a civil engineer mathematics / computer sciences and holds a business administration degree. |
